About the Author
Samantha Lau describes herself as an “Author in Progress”. She is by no means new to writing; she has been putting pen to paper since she was a little girl, but only recently has she decided to turn her writing towards M/M romance. She lives with her three dogs in a lost town in South America and spends her free time trying to learn new languages and cultures.
Her personal blog, in which she talked about all her writing woes, is currently closed because she didn’t blog much, and she certainly didn’t blog often enough to merit having it. But you can connect with her on social media if you’d like!

I’ve been writing since I was a child. Writing has always been my passion, and publishing a book, a dream. I was ecstatic when I first learned we could publish our own books, and I knew right away this was the way to go for me, but I still spent years scared of actually writing a book and putting it out there for people to read.
When I finally dared do it, I initially I wanted to have most of my works be free to the public, and I did try. Unfortunately life has a way to screw with us all, and circumstances have made it that I need to charge for my writing. All the same, I try to keep writing. It’s something I greatly enjoy despite how challenging it can be, and I want to constantly improve on my skills, to be able to tell the kind of tales readers will be proud to have read.
My focus is mainly M/M romance and I aim to tell stories that focus on this aspect, though that doesn’t mean they’re devoid of sex. Most people have described my writing as leaning towards yaoi rather than what is more popularly known as gay. I guess you can make up your own mind on that.
I’m a very slow writer, so you won’t se releases too often, but I hope you’ll put up with me and my lazy release schedule!
